What happens when you combine 5X, 10X, 16X, 25X, and 40X magnification with LED illumination, built-in Wratten, Cobalt blue, Red-free, Grey, and Heat absorption filters; slit rotation measurement, integration to shoot digital photos, and a choice of either a tower or integrated illumination design?
The outcome is an awesome slit lamp biomicroscope! The Huvitz Series 7000/7500 delivers exceedingly crisp views of the anterior segment and beyond (with condensing lenses). In addition, the ergonomics are terrific. Every control is easily found to the touch and Huvitz also designed the aperture controls in different sizes and textures so each one feels different. And, for those of us with narrow PDs, the 7000/7500 oculars go all the way down to 55mm.
The optional digital camera interface has a compact profile and delivers great images and video directly to your laptop or pc.
Yes, a slit lamp is a slit lamp, but I recommend taking a test drive with the Huvitz Series 7000/7500. You’ll go from zero to awesome in seconds flat!
