The NEXUS Digital Surfacing System leverages the technology in the acclaimed Cobalt Digital Lab to produce high quality digital Rx lenses. As the successor to the Cobalt NXT Digital Lens Generator, NEXUS DGT represents a significant upgrade in design, performance, and efficiency.
A NEXUS lab takes up little space and can be installed in any facility, enabling efficient workflows without compromising quality or performance. Its design adapts to a variety of environments, making digital lens production convenient and efficient.

- Auto-Calibration: The NEXUS DGT comes built with automatic calibration for faster and efficient lens processing. Cutter height adjustment remains manual. Manual calibration still available.
- Cold Mist/Dry Cut: With on-board cold mist/dry cut, the need for expensive waste management is removed.
- On-Board Engraving: NEXUS DGT features engraving options, with capabilities to produce simple shapes and alphanumeric using the secondary axis. Now the need to purchase additional equipment is eliminated.

NEXUS DP is compatible with the NEXUS DGT or Cobalt NX and NXT/NXT+ lens generators, as well as any other compatible freeform generators.
